Balance ‘n’ Bones

Network’s fitness program for seniors, “Balance and Bones” developed by Beth Denny was launched in 2014 by Katherine Greiner, Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing.  The program was then praised by the former Minister for Disability Services and Ageing, John Ajaka, as innovative, “a great way of ensuring seniors stay active and engaged in their communities.”

Originally on a DVD and now on a USB thumb drive, Balance n Bones is temporarily unavailable.  It is being prepared for uploading to the Network Website and will shortly be available for Member U3As to download and use as a course or to sell to their interested members. Members will be kept informed of developments by their RRs.
