SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

This Electronic Ballot process has been configured to comply with the published procedures of the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

Please register the Email address  of your U3A Association’s Voting Delegate. This registration will allow direct Email communication from the Returning Officer to each Voting Delegate of the password (see below) required to access the Electronic Ballot Form during the period when the ballot will be ‘OPEN’.  

Please click the button to register (blue text on gold background).  The option to register will be OPEN from 29 June 2020 to 8 am  20 July 2020.

The access password for the Electronic Ballot Form will be forwarded to the Voting Delegate’s Email address at 4pm on 20 July 2020 and the LINK (below) will be activated ONLY from 4:30 pm Monday 20 July 2020 to 4:30 pm Thursday 23 July 2020.

As an authorised Voting Delegate you may access the Electronic Ballot Form for a period of 72 hours (4:30 pm Monday 20 July 2020 to 4:30 pm Thursday 23 July 2020) when you are ready to vote please click the Electronic Ballot Form Button. You will require the supplied access password to proceed to the Electronic Ballot Form.

When the U3A Network NSW – Electronic Ballot form is displayed please follow the on-form instructions to complete the form.

On completion, please ensure that you press the SUBMIT button ONLY once.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORISED TO DO SO BY YOUR U3A COMMITTEE.
