Network's fitness programme for seniors, "Balance and Bones" developed by Beth Denny has been launched by Katherine Greiner, Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing. The programme has been praised by the Minister for Disability Services and Ageing, John Ajaka, as innovative, "a great way of ensuring seniors stay active and engaged in their communities."
